Your contact details are used exclusively to dispatch assigned salon professionals, notify you regarding appointment statuses, and send account receipts. We never sell or lease your personal information to third parties.
3. Vendor Security & Background Verification
CNIC and credential documents uploaded by vendor applicants are stored in encrypted servers and accessed solely by authorized APNA SALON compliance officers for background check purposes.
4. Payment Security
All online card payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Cash on delivery payments are recorded securely in the vendor app.
