1. Service Agreement

By using APNA SALON website or booking a doorstep appointment, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein. APNA SALON acts as an intermediary connecting clients with independent salon vendors.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked with accurate address details. Cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to slot time incur zero fees. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account restriction.

3. Vendor Code of Conduct

All registered vendor partners must maintain strict personal hygiene, wear official APNA SALON aprons, use single-use disposable kits, and adhere strictly to agreed slot timings.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide a safe working environment for visiting beauticians, access to clean running water, and adequate lighting for hair and facial treatments.

5. Limitation of Liability

APNA SALON verifies all products used by professionals. Clients with severe skin allergies or medical conditions must inform the beauty professional prior to treatment start.
